ABDUL, playwright and poet hails from Oj'achadu, Ankpa Local Government Area of Kogi State, Nigeria. A Lecturer with the Department of Theater Arts, Kogi State College of Education, Ankpa, he has published Soyinka Lied, The Broken Moon, The Surrogate, Owailo, Frozen Frame, The Making of Tomorrow, The Inheritor, and Ashes with Kenneth Weene. The Rightful King is his second collaboration with Ken. UMAR is married to Hajarat and they are blessed with beautiful children.

This is Kenneth Weene’s second publication with Cyberwit; the first is his book of poems Coursing. It is also Ken’s second collaborative stage play with Umar O. Abdul. A retired psychologist and college teacher, Ken sees the process of writing as a way in which to better understanding other people and especially himself. In his novels, plays, and poetry he strives to grasp that which is universal through the exploration of the personal. Ken’s website is www.kennethweene.com
