Little Red Riding Hood Goes to the Sea

Little Red Riding Hood is bored of her story. As she lies on her sofa, she wails that she knows it all by heart. It's always the same old thing: with a forest, her mother, her grandmother, a hunter, a big bad wolf and blah, blah, blah. She dreams of going into the book standing next to hers on the shelf, into a storybook about a boy who is trying to save a whale stranded on a beach. Her mum says it won't be possible. Will she make it?

Written by Ximena Escobar and illustrated by Eileen Munoz, this book aims to encourage creativity and the questioning of limitations, even those that have been self-imposed. Designed for children aged 6 to 100, its themes include freedom, empowerment, the construction of identity, self-affirmation, and protecting the environment.
