Tambo: A Lion Adventure is an exciting picture book for young children that is packed with colorful images and has a great story of friendship and what it means to be brave.

Tambo is a young elephant with a great memory. She lives on the edge of the jungle with her herd and one of her most precious memories was the time she had been saved from a poacher's trap by two kind children and the local villagers.

Now, a new family has come to live in the village and there are four young children who love to watch Tambo and her family splashing around in the nearby river.

But jungles can be dangerous places as well as beautiful. Hungry eyes are soon watching the children from nearby cover, just waiting for a chance to strike.

Now it's Tambo's turn to be brave and protect her new friends from harm. But what is it that is stalking them? And can she get to the children in time to save them?
