The aim of this work is to present Candomble in its ethnological sense, the most well-known nations, the deities in each nation, commonly called orixas, and to present these deities through the most popular nation presented to society: the Ketu nation. After explaining the main nations, the aim is to give a brief presentation of each one, showing how their deities are worshipped and to illustrate these deities in each nation, drawing a profile between the deities and the adepts initiated into Candomble. The aim is to show that Candomble, a rite brought by slaves from Africa during the colonial period, but initiated in our own lands, has aroused fascination in various segments of society.
