The study addresses the implementation of a Bot aimed at managing smoking cessation treatment, carried out in an Integration Center for Youth with patients in active treatment for smoking cessation. The main objective was to evaluate the impact of a Bot on Telegram on treatment management, replacing traditional methods and streamlining registration and consultation tasks, through the use of freely accessible technological platforms. The hypothesis is that this approach would increase treatment effectiveness. The research, quantitative in nature, employed an exploratory cross-sectional non-experimental design and a pre-experimental experimental approach, with an exploratory and correlational scope. Questionnaires and parametric tests were used for data collection. The results showed that the variables presented a low correlation, indicating that the use of Bot did not significantly improve the reduction of consumption according to the therapists. However, it was concluded that the tool and the web platform that supported it significantly facilitated treatment management, optimizing time and resources.
