Aspects of medico-environmental technologies of carbon neutrality

The research is aimed at the formation of technologies of healthy lifestyle of the population, taking into account the social techniques of epidemiological analysis in medical and ecological research of the system "human health - habitat", based on the totality of theoretical, methodological, methodological and practical aspects of the development of the concept of sustainable management of the organization of systems of medical and ecological services of effective environmental management. The results of the study are that the methodological and methodological tools, techniques and methods of accounting for the volume of medical, environmental, their social assessment and performance indicators provide an opportunity for the formation of sustainable management of innovation systems of the cluster, investment programs of the sphere of medical ecology, social and preventive services provided, create a basis for state regulation of entrepreneurship in the development of effective environmental management.
