The present work was carried out in the property belonging to the farmer Mr. Henrique Mariano, located behind the fuel pumps of SONANGOL, in the locality of Homaengue, municipality of Kuanhama, Province of Ondjiva. The seeding and harvesting season corresponded between the months of March 2023 and June 2023, the rainy season according to the National Institute of Meteorology and Geophysics (Annex 1), in which a diagnosis was made of the main problems that existed in the low yields of the Beterraba crop in the variety Detroit Dark Rede. For this purpose, percentages of bovine manure organic matter of 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% were evaluated to assess which exerted the greatest influence on this crop; thus, the percentage at 100% had the highest values with respect to the weight of the bulb, but not so for the foliage, bulb diameter and leaf compression, where this issue had no effect. All the phytotechnical and phytosanitary works established by the Technical Manual for Organoponics, Intensive Horticulture and Semiprotected Organoponics were carried out. The analysis was carried out using the Statistical program, with a completely randomized design and the Duncan test was used.
