The present study attempts to evaluate the level of exposure to psychosocial risks perceived by a group of teachers from the Santa Teresa Institute in the city of Jaen.The questionnaire used for the evaluation was CoPsoQ-ISTAS21 in its short version. Notable differences were observed in the dimensions related to "Psychological demands", "Insecurity about the future", "Double presence" and "Esteem", which led to the proposal of a teaching vade-mecum based on mindfulness.
