This study investigates the synergistic effects of crude extracts from lemongrass and lime on pituitary health and fertility in albino rats. Twenty rats were divided into four groups: control, lemongrass-only, lime-only, and a combined lemongrass-lime group. Each group received specific treatments for seven days. Histological analysis revealed normal pituitary architecture with enhanced function in the combined treatment group, suggesting a synergistic effect. This study highlights the potential of combining lemongrass and lime extracts as a natural and accessible option for promoting fertility through improved pituitary health and hormonal balance in animal models.
