Old age is marked by measuring or surpassing the life expectancy and is thus the end of human life cycle. Ageism can be simply defines as unwarranted application of stereotypes to older people. The social behavior of aging is influenced by experiences, shared values of that generation to the particular organization of the society. Aging is the most important global trend in the 21st century; the problem is attention from the public the media and policy makers. The researcher initiated this quantitative research to understand human rights from the perspective of retired elderly. The respondents (n=60) who had been selected at the study period based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria under simple random sampling by using questionnaire. The questionnaire is developed based on WHOQOL scale and detailed literature reviews. The collected data analyzed and finally emerged as the findings of the study. The results of the study reveal that there is significant relationship regarding their economic freedom, social networking, social support current involvement and thus it affects their quality of life.
