Effective scheduling is essential for successful construction project management, particularly when handling multiple projects. This study focuses on identifying key factors influencing project scheduling. These factors were validated through a systematic process, and data was collected from relevant stakeholders to ensure practical relevance. The validated data was analyzed using the Relative Importance Index (RII) and Importance Index (IMPI) methods to rank factors based on their significance. A comparative analysis of both methods provided deeper insights into their effectiveness and applicability. The findings offer practical guidance for prioritizing scheduling factors, enabling better decision-making and optimization in multi-project management. The study concludes with key outcomes and recommendations, highlighting areas for future research, including advanced scheduling methods and tools to address emerging challenges.
