This book is a systematic study of CIII peroxidases in plants, mainly involving the mining, identification, origin, evolution and function of multiple plant peroxidases. The author and his colleagues created PeroxiBase, a professional peroxidase database, and upgraded to the latest version, RedOxiBase, a professional database of oxidoreductases. The author and his colleagues have developed several tools and procedures for the identification and analysis of peroxidase families, and constructed original models, dose-evolutionary models, and gene and protein structure evolutionary models of several peroxidase families in plants. This book was funded by the National key Research and Development Program of China (2022YFD1201600), China Scholarship Council (CSC), Fund from Universite de Toulouse and Earmarked Funds for the China Agriculture Research System (CARS-26).
