The present work is based on the need to solve the deficiencies of the early childhood assistant directors, in order to improve their preparation in the work with the educators for the stimulation of language in early childhood. The diagnosis made it possible to determine the deficiencies of improvement through the use of different theoretical, empirical and statistical-mathematical methods and research techniques that corroborated the detected deficiencies. In order to meet the needs of the assistant directors, it is intended to conclude with a teaching material, which constitutes a work tool and is characterized by objectivity to complement the fulfillment of the purpose of early childhood education, distinguished by a balanced action between the theoretical and the practical, favoring the development of the assistant directors as individuals, benefiting the cooperative work and promoting reflection.
