The work is devoted to design and technology of production of garment fabrics with specified properties. The variants of fabrics with constant and variable raport and number of warp and weft transitions are designed and developed . At variable raport of warp and weft, and at variable number of warp and weft thread transitions in the fabric: maximum density of warp and weft decreases; geometrical density of warp and weft increases; height of bending wave of warp and weft remains unchanged. At variable warp and weft ratio and at a constant value of the number of thread transitions in the fabric: the maximum density of warp and weft decreases; geometric density of warp and weft increases; the height of the bending wave in warp and weft remains unchanged. A methodology for calculating the yield for each yarn within the fabric rapport is proposed. In all variants the increase in the number of crossings within the rapport leads to an increase in the yield of warp and weft yarns. The tension of fabric production on the loom depends on the type of weft yarn. With the increase in the linear density of the weft yarns, the yarn yield in the fabric increases for the warp and decreases for the weft.
