With the constant transformations brought about by globalization, organizations have been forced to keep up. One of the changes has been the greater recognition given to human beings, who have ceased to be mere resources and have become "partners" in these organizations. In order for these employees to be motivated to work, it is necessary to analyze the environment around them, and for this there is a survey called an organizational climate survey. Faced with this new reality, the aim of this study is to survey the main climate indicators, validate them with the management of the company studied, use them for the climate survey, analyze them and then compare the climate obtained from the survey with the climate perceived by the management.
