This book presents an in-depth research study examining the satisfaction levels of citizens in GIFT City, Gandhinagar. The book is structured into four chapters, each focusing on a critical aspect of the research. Chapter 1 introduces the concept of smart cities, providing a comprehensive overview of their significance, development, and the various technologies and infrastructures that define them. This chapter sets the stage for understanding the context in which GIFT City operates and the unique characteristics that influence citizen satisfaction.Chapter 2 delves into the research methodology employed in the study. It details the descriptive research design and explains how primary data were collected through three separately structured questionnaires from 200 residents of GIFT City. These residents were selected using a non-random convenience sampling method. The chapter also describes the various univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analytical techniques applied to the data using IBM SPSS Statistics and IBM SPSS AMOS software. This meticulous approach ensures the robustness and reliability of the data analysis.
