All insecticides are control of a broad spectrum of both chewing and sucking insect pests.all pests become paralyzed and eventually die, insecticide are chemical based properties inhibits Acetylcholinesterase (AChE) &Ecdysone receptor.Protein Acetylcholinesterase is the part of insect nervous system. To inhibit it, many insecticides has been used. Thaicloprid 21.70 sc, spinosad 45 sc, chlorantraniliprole 18.50 sc, fenopropathrin 30 ec, pyridalyl 10 ec, cyantraniliprole 10.26 od, lambda-cyhalothrin 4.90 cs this all of thrm, general used insecticide. But it causes side effects and toxic effects on other animals and soil. So, Phytochemical alternates of insecticides are derived from natural compound database and analysed for ADMET properties. By analysis they proved non toxic an has no-violation in environment. Some of them which has high binding affinity are derived for further analysis.
