Conjunctivitis Analysis - Pre, During, and Post-COVID-19 Periods: A Comparative Study. This study aims to conduct a comprehensive analysis of conjunctivitis patients by examining patterns before, during, and after the COVID-19 pandemic. The objectives include evaluating the prevalence, causes, symptoms, and treatment options for conjunctivitis across different time periods. Additionally, the study seeks to identify characteristic clinical features for accurate diagnosis, implement evidence-based management strategies, and enhance patient communication and interdisciplinary care coordination. The study included patients of all ages diagnosed with conjunctivitis, encompassing both male and female participants. This retrospective case study analysed patient records from Shree Santram Eye Hospital, focusing on the years 2019 (pre-pandemic) and 2023 (post-pandemic). The study compared the incidence, demographic distribution (age and gender), and clinical features of conjunctivitis cases between these two periods. The analysis revealed a significant increase in conjunctivitis cases after the pandemic. Comparisons across age, gender, and years highlighted notable shifts in the prevalence.
