Concrete is the most used material in construction firms which is made from natural resources. As the natural resources are being consumed massively to create a concrete jungle. To reduce the usage of the natural resources we need to find an alternate partial replacement to concrete and this also reduces the release of CO2 into the atmosphere as there will be one ton of CO2 released into the atmosphere while manufacturing one-ton cement. So an attempt is used to find an alternative partial replacement to cement. In the first stage, the cement is partially replaced with 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30% of fly ash by weight of cement, and the optimum content of fly ash is determined. In the second stage, the cement is partially replaced with optimum fly ash content and eggshell powder (5%, 10%, 15%, and 20%). The strength and durability properties are studied to establish a ternary blended concrete for M60 Grade. The mix fly ash with 20% got maximum compressive strength which is 77.22 N/mm2, whereas the combination of fly ash 20% with eggshell powder 10% gives strength of 79.92 N/mm2. When compared to control mix concrete, the blended concrete mix has demonstrated to be more resistant to acid.
