The justification and need to address this problem is found in the reality of our country, because in recent years, it has been noticed an increase of victims of imprudence or medical negligence in the sector, both these victims not only see their rights to health and life diminished, but facing the damage, its repair becomes in many cases a utopia or does not represent a real compensation for the damage suffered.
