THE LABOR BENEFITS OF WORKERS AND THEIR RELATIONSHIP WITH THE FORMALIZATION OF MICRO AND SMALL AGROINDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES IN THE DISTRICT OF TAMBOPATA - 2022", aims to determine the relationship between labor benefits and the formalization of Micro and Small Agroindustrial enterprises in the District of Tambopata - 2022.The research is quantitative and will help us to propose new theories to improve the knowledge of labor benefits in formalization and it is an applied study that allows us to propose new theoretical alternatives. In addition, this research is descriptive and of correlational design, because it describes the relationship between the variables labor benefits and formalization in micro and small agroindustrial enterprises. The population and sample is made up of 40 workers of the MYPES, for the data collection work, surveys were used to measure the level of the variables with their respective dimensions, and were validated with the Cronbach's alpha statistic whose result is 0.790 and 0.764.
