The aim of this study was to establish a correlation between anthropometric measurements of the foramen magnum and the height, weight and sex of individuals in a Brazilian population for human identification purposes. This study was carried out with volunteers of both sexes who came to the Medical Radiology Service of the Oswaldo Cruz University Hospital (HUOC/UPE) for a CT scan of the skull or face.
