This book is the result of the authors' experience in professional practice as nurses in renowned Brazilian hospitals, as well as in carrying out activities in front of bodies that supervise the nursing profession. Through this, it will be possible to provide readers with a brief sample of how, in a specific case, nursing legislation and complementary legislation can be applied in favour of those who are denounced in ethical proceedings.
