Introduction: Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is currently considered a catastrophic disease due to the increase of cases, affects a significant percentage of the population and is related to phenomena or diseases of high prevalence such as Arterial Hypertension and Diabetes Mellitus.Objective: To contribute to the early diagnosis of CKD in the population at risk, belonging to CMF 19-47 of the University Polyclinic, Captain Roberto Fleites.Conclusions: A low level of knowledge prevailed, a number of patients in initial stages of CKD were diagnosed in Primary Health Care, through the results of serum creatinine and calculation of Glomerular Filtration, the relationship of Arterial Hypertension and Diabetes Mellitus as the main entities associated with the development of CKD was demonstrated.
