This book presents a digital marketing plan through social media for the Centro de Verificacion Vehicular C-XL32 in Xalapa, Veracruz. The theoretical framework regarding the digital marketing plan, the Mandatory Vehicle Verification Program of the State of Veracruz and the company was established. Now, the case study is descriptive, explanatory, documentary and propositional, having as main research techniques observation, interview and analysis of consultation sources. The main result of this study was the creation of a web page for the Vehicle Verification Center C-XL32, which included several elements developed in this work. It was concluded that the digital marketing plan is indispensable for companies seeking to be competitive in a changing and post-pandemic environment.
