Legal Studies on Family Law

Family law refers to the rules of public order and social interest that regulate and protect the family and its members, these rules are based on respect for the rights of equality, non-discrimination and respect for human dignity, in order to the provisions of the constitution and the laws. This book is aimed at students of schools, universities or any person who wants to deepen their knowledge of family law. The grounds for divorce, de facto union, rights and duties of the spouses, among others. The book has been made based on the constitution and laws of the Republic of Ecuador, to be compared with the laws of law in other countries.
