Effort on preserving granite and sand (natural aggregates) for next invention and reducing cockle shell waste originating from the fisheries industry has further studies on possibility of integrating this waste in concrete mix. This project result on the workability, compressive and tensile strength test of concrete including various percentage of cockle shell substance as partial coarse and fine aggregate replacement. Concrete mix containing0 to 30% cockle shell replacement level at every5% interval were cast in the form of cubes and cylinders before subjected to water curing for 7days, 14days, 28 days and 90days. In this, the replacements of coarse and fine aggregate are separately and combined casting. Workability, compressive and tensile strength test were conducted in accordance to IS 456.
