Stress is needed by each of us to deal with our everyday lives. But severe stress can tamper with our mental health that can eventually leading to serious illness, poor performance at work, and low productivity if it is not managed properly. In a line of work such as oncology, and a nurse themselves, they deal with stressor every day. This study was conducted to assess mental health status of nurses working in oncology wards at fourtiary hospital.
