Criminal Sciences

This collective work is the result of scientific articles produced as part of the Doctoral Program in Law taught by the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Mozambique. The topics covered in this work are topical and likely to arouse the interest of a large number of readers among teachers, researchers, students and society in general, taking into account the legislative update that Mozambique has witnessed in the field of Criminal Law, with emphasis on the approval of the new Penal Code by Law 35/2014 of December 31, which was later repealed by Law 24/2019 of December 24, which approves the current Penal Code.
