This book was created and woven from the intellectual restlessness of Denys Henrique Rodrigues Camara, Elissandro dos Santos Santana, Huillte Barbosa Jardim dos Santos, Moreno Fernandes do Nascimento, Nicholas Lula Dias Ralile and Radharani Cabrera Teixeira de Arruda, researchers with disparate yet convergent mental architectures, and at the same time converging mental architectures, encompasses dialogues about environmental, memorial and tourist aspects that are important for understanding Porto Seguro, a city located in the far south of Bahia, in the region known as the Discovery Coast, historically and politically crossed by predatory political-corporate tourism.
