Nowadays, faced with increasingly competitive environments, educational institutions require leaders with the necessary competencies to achieve higher goals. The purpose of this study was to analyze the managerial leadership in the integration process of the teaching staff of the Ciudadela Hugo Chavez cold Hugo Chavez of Yaracuy state, supported by the Theories of Leadership Max Weber (1964-1924), Situational Theory of Paul Hersey (1931), and Ken Blanchard (1939). This was a descriptive field research, with a non-experimental design, the study population consisted of seventeen (17) persons, three (03) directors, seven (07) teachers, one (01) administrative and three (03) cleaners, the sample was of census type. To collect the data, a survey was used with a questionnaire applied to the personnel, with a scale of four alternatives Always, Almost Always, Sometimes, and Never, with sixteen items validated by experts in the dimensions and indicators of the methodological table, the reliability of the items was determined by Cronbach's Alpha coefficient. The information collected was organized and tabulated in percentage frequency matrices to allow its analysis. Finally, conclusions and recommendations were made.
