In the present research, the authors have undertaken the task of investigating the following scientific problem: how to favor the solution of simple problems in preschool children of the "Granma" children's circle in the municipality of Bartolome Maso Marquez? Its main objective is to design a system of simple problems from the Children's Literature and the Audiovisual Program that favors the solution of problems in the educational process of the Elementary Notions of Mathematics of the children of the sixth year of life of the "Granma" children's circle of the Bartolome Maso Marquez municipality. For the development of the research, inductive-deductive, analytical-synthetic, systemic-structural-functional, observation, interview, documentary analysis, pre-experiment and descriptive statistical methods were used as fundamental scientific methods. With the application of the system of simple problems, the children were able to develop intellectual and practical skills in the solution of problems in the educational process of the Elementary Notions of Mathematics and in daily life from the assimilation of the essential procedures.
