This study is based on the author's series of work and professional experiences related to training processes. In this research, a descriptive-interpretative survey study was undertaken using correlation-based analysis techniques. With this research methodology, we want to respond to the objectives of the study.The study focused on describing and interpreting attitudes, uses, levels of ICT training and competences in accordance with the approaches of the UNESCO guide.
