In the 21st century issues of Dairy Farm Automation got a serious ring. The Global Economy has witnessed an exponential growth in milk production, however the developing economies like Zimbabwe have had difficulties in realising their dream in the Small Scale Dairy Industry (SSDI). This book’s main objective was to come up with a methodical approach of a Framework to full adoption and implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the aforementioned industry. This book established the status quo of the SSDI on Technology to do with animal breeding, feeding and health monitoring. Automatic milking machines, fodder processing equipment, as well as automatic sprinkler irrigation systems have been widely adopted in Zimbabwe. The emergence of Small Scale Dairy Farming cooperatives has triggered an incremented use of Artificial Insemination in dairy cow breeding to boost sustainable milk production. Thus Small Scale Dairy Farms in Zimbabwe had not yet fully automated the Milk Production Value Chain. Perception about AI, communication modes, education level, livestock holding, distance from innovation centre and access financial resources were observed as key enablers of AI adoption
