The research work is based on the need to highlight the role played by the leadership of teaching managers in the processes of the Quality Management System (QMS) in educational institutions. It proposes a reflection on the importance of the achievement and assurance of the total quality of the educational service in the context of a Social State of Law, from the perspective of social justice. In this way, the assurance of educational quality is framed within a political and philosophical scenario that educational managers, in their merger, must consider as a duty of education, based on a social commitment to the entire educational system. It will be seen in this research that the desired quality of education can only be obtained through an effective articulation of managerial, administrative, community, and pedagogical processes. As a recommendation for educational institutions, emphasis is placed on strategies for communication and dissemination of the results of each of the different processes of the SGC, achieving a greater understanding of the dimensions involved in the quality of educational service.
