Catastrophic Pandemics have been adversely impacted the globe throughout human history. Furthermore, it was also observed what advancement can be used to reduce the burden of psychological issues. The advance approaches of psychological aid such as e-mental health approach or digital psychiatry, the use of psychodynamic approach, cultural approach and psycho-pharmacological approaches found to be effective in mitigating the adverse effects of COVID-19 pandemic.
