The present book called Oral expression in high school students , had the objective of determining the differences in the level of oral expression of the English language between students of a public educational institution and a private institution in 2019; for which a descriptive comparative design was used. It was found that the private institutions have a higher level, presenting in the very good level 32.14%, unlike the students of the public EI where the level of very good oral expression is only 9.38%. At the good level, the comparative evidence is 39.29% for the private institution and 20.31% for the public institution.
