The buckling loads have been determined for two modulus ratios 40 and 5. It is observed that, the buckling loads are completely the same for the given first three modes. Therefore, it can be concluded that the buckling load of laminated plates will remain the same even if the lamination order is reversed. The reason behind this is that the transformed elastic coefficients, [C_ij] are equal for both lamination schemes. The aim of the present textbook was to review the importance of studying buckling of composite laminated rectangular plates from the point of view of introduction and basic definitions, the formulation of mathematical modelling of rectangular laminates, the numerical method for predicting the buckling loads and shape modes of buckling of laminated rectangular plates, studying the effect of reversing lamination scheme of layers on buckling loads, and finally the important results and findings of the present study
