En el presente trabajo se creara un algoritmo para medir, cuantificar y determinar las diferencias de cambios y formas en las imagenes que se tomaron a traves de un microscopio en tres amplificaciones diferentes. Se implementa una aplicacion en la plataforma LabVIEW. Los algoritmos implementados son, apertura y corte de seccion de imagen, operadores de filtrado y cuantificacion de pixeles. En esta aplicacion se trabaja con imagenes de celulas obtenidas del femur de un animal, con propositos de demostrar que esta aplicacion es aceptable. Al tratar las imagenes, se pasa por varios procesos de filtrado sin modificar su estructura, estos procesos tienen caracteristicas definidas para limpiar y mostrar unicamente las particulas mas importantes.
