This monograph is devoted to the previously described in linguistics fully seam language - partikulam. In the first section of the book highlights the fundamental difference partikul from what are called particles. The author reveals the reasons for the repulsion of traditional linguistics from this language formation. Demonstrates partikul role in the formation of the Indo-European paradigm.
