The second edition of the workshop on the basics of measurement technology dedicated to handling issues and presentation of measurement results, as well as methods and tools for measuring electrical and non-electrical quantities. The choice of these sections due to the fact that they often have to face in the educational and industrial practice. The core of the workshop is a set of application programs created in the workbench LabVIEW application development, so that laboratory work can be carried out in a university laboratory in the traditional organized learning, and on your own computer at the time of independent work in the library or at home. The main difference from the first edition is to expand the list of works by introducing a chapter on the measurement of non-electric quantities, as well as the representation of the work in the form of executable applications for Windows XP / Vista operating system.
