Vasiliy Osipovich Klyuchevskii (1841-1911) the great Russian historian whose research was made in the era of historical science, it opened new directions, put historical research on new methodological level. Legends of the foreigners on the Moscow State - a final essay VOKljuchevskogo submitted by young researchers to the end of the Moscow University. It was awarded a gold medal, and degree of its author. Kliuchevsky was left at the university to prepare for a professorship. For the first time, Tales of aliens were published in the Proceedings of the Moscow University (1866, July 9), and at the same time appeared as a separate publication. It was the first domestic work, which virtually exhaustive on the fullness of the time had studied foreign news about Russia XV-XVII centuries.
