The development of military science and practice on a fundamentally new basis, to adopt in the course of military reform of the second half of the XIX century, required an updated reference books on relevant topics. Brant, the next edition of the Reference books for Russian officers 1875 in its fullness, clarity, rigor… Edition surpasses all the known overseas collections, with her having the same purpose.
