This publication is based on the extensive material accumulated in the gazette of the Ministry of Finance Journal of Finance, Industry and Trade. This weekly magazine was published from November 1883 to October 1917, until 1885 was called the Index of government orders of the Ministry of Finance. Annexes to the Bulletin is the balance of the credit institutions, reports of commercial and industrial enterprises, government agencies pointer by the Ministries of Finance, Trade and Industry, and others. Also, as a supplement to the magazine since 1893 release of Commerce and Industry of the newspaper. Work on the material collected in the book began in 1885 and was completed in 1894.
