The second feature is on the former Keretapi Tanah Melayu Railway Line. Connecting Singapore with Malaysia to the north and at the south, it terminated near the edge of the Central Business District. In 2015, the Rail Corridor - An Inspired and Extraordinary Community Space Request for Proposal was initiated. By inviting design professionals, the hope is to establish a range of design strategies. These will in turn integrate with the surrounding communities, improve public accessibility, and help shape the quality of the experience along the Corridor. Text in English and Japanese. a+u - Architecture and Urbanism - is a monthly architectural magazine established in 1971 that highlights the work and activities of top contemporary architects from around the world. a+u features architecture and a broad range of other new design sources in a well-presented format.
