Kusama is now in her 80s, and the world’s appreciation of her art has been increasing continuously. Her massive retrospective exhibition will be held between 2017 to 2019 in the US.

Her 60 some years of creative activity was not always smooth road. As a person who has always been thinking outside the box, depending on a unique way of expression, Kusama has been occasionally been subject to defamation, but has always found her way out with lofty ideals and new way of expressions.
