INTRODUCTION Today women are organizing their professional and personal world but still women may suffer from tremendous stress, worries, anxieties at to survive according to their surrounding world. Indian women are congenitally connected to their status in society. Usually, contribution by Indian women for making their families are unnoticed and they are considered as economic burdens and this fact is revealed by several researches on women's status. There are low levels of participation in education and formal labour force by Indian women. Women in India confront numerous crucial well-being issues, this description emphasis on five crucial problems: generative health, roughness opposed to women, nourishment status, and dissimilar behaviour with girls. Due to the huge disparity in cultures, religions, and stages of growth between Indian states and union territories, it is not astonishing that women's well-being differs considerably from one state to other state. A study by Susan Nolen-Hoeksema and her fellow workers (1999) revealed that women sustain an immense brunt of family and parental responsibility, and record found comparatively less recognition by their partner. According to 2011 census of India, total population of women in India is 591.4 million and sex ratio is 940 females/1000 males. Literacy rate among women is 65.46%. The expected life of women is 72.61 Years. As per 2011 data rural population of women is 39, 90, 48,990 and urban population is 18, 21, and 42,082. WELL BEING Well-being is the complex build that concerns with the best experience and performance (Ryan and Deci, 2001).
