This title is printed to order. This book may have been self-published. If so, we cannot guarantee the quality of the content. In the main most books will have gone through the editing process however some may not. We therefore suggest that you be aware of this before ordering this book. If in doubt check either the author or publisher’s details as we are unable to accept any returns unless they are faulty. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Attention: This book is a sequel to the book "Arduino Projects with Tinkercad" as well as to the beginner's book "Arduino Step by Step". This book is aimed at advanced Arduino users and therefore requires some basic knowledge. It is recommended to work through the two books mentioned above before starting with this book.
In this book, we will create some quite difficult but awesome projects for the Arduino Uno microcontroller. We'll use Autodesk's free online software Tinkercad to simulate and program the projects - just as we did in the preceding book. In Tinkercad, we will create - together and step by step - the circuit for each project, the block-based programming, and will simulate how it works. In each of the projects we will use sensors, e.g., a force sensor, a tilt sensor, a soil moisture sensor, an ambient light sensor and many more components. In addition, we will integrate actuators (servo motor, piezo ...) that will perform a specific programmed action.
I am an engineer (M.Eng.) and I want to introduce you to the topics of electronics, Arduino and block-based programming in Tinkercad. I will do this in a hands-on, enjoyable and easily explained way using DIY projects. You will find a very short refresher about the Arduino and Tinkercad (about 5 pages) in the first two chapters. If you need a more detailed introduction, it is recommended to take a look at the previous books in this series. After that, five quite difficult projects follow. We will realize them step by step (components, schematic, wiring, programming) by selecting the required components and creating the circuit and programming.
No matter what age you are, whether you are still in school, whether you are already an adult, whether you are a student or a retiree, if you are interested in electronics, Arduino, or Tinkercad, this book is perfect for you! This book is for anyone who already has basic knowledge of using the Arduino and Tinkercad, as well as general basic knowledge of electronics. So, this book is for advanced users.
