A time traveler moves through the history of mankind, accompanied by the dead Alexander the Great. Their path leads them from the origins of visible life to modern times - observing, sometimes also participating, and thereby seeking answers to questions she may not even ask herself: Who is she, and why is she bound neither to time nor space?
