Purgatory at Large

Up in the sky, invisible to the living human eye, lies purgatory, run by the Angel of Salvation and her counterpart, the Devil of Damnation. These two, like the entire world created in balance, battle each other for souls, decide whether those in between will go to heaven or hell, whether they will get to rest or be cleansed. It has been like this for eternity.

But Ange feels she's increasingly losing the battle, like her work is pointless. And thus, on a whim, she does the unthinkable: She quits.

An angel on Earth, trying to find her place...

A devil left behind, trying to undo the damage...

And a world whose balance is about to topple...
